In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all items can be returned to us for any reason within 14 days of the moment you receive your order for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) back in their original, unused, resalable condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, if the item(s) are being returned due to

  1. an error made by the buyer when ordering (e.g. ordering mats for the wrong model/year of car),
  2. a ‘change of mind’ return, or
  3. if you simply do not like the look of the item.

Logo Car Mats will pay for return postage in the event that goods are incorrect upon arrival, and that it is our error (e.g. we have accidentally sent you the wrong product).

However, we will need picture proof in order to resolve the issue for you.

In the event of an item being lost or damaged in transit, then a replacement item will be sent to you.

However, again, we will need picture proof of any damage upon arrival to be able to resolve the issue for you.

Any return requests received after 14 days of the moment you receive your order will be declined, unless you can provide adequate proof that the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival, in which case the deadline for return/replacement requests will be extended to 30 days.
